Award shows come and go but the fashion statements made by celebrities leave a lasting impression on us. The recently concluded All African Music Awards, held on November 6th 2016 at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, was no exception. The show was hosted by Ahmed Soultan from Morrocco, Bonang Matheba from South Africa and Ika Jang from Congo. You may want to grab your phones and call your stylist because we are bringing you 5 of the best dresses from Sunday night’s AFRIMA 2016.

  1. Vimbai looked stunning in this beautiful dress by Dzyn. We are totally loving the one shoulder off look and the turban head wrap to go with it. You can definitely agree with us that Miss Vimbai Mutinhiri looked radiant.

2. Eniola Badmus looked radiant in this blue dress from her own clothing line, The Big Line. The hair and silver drop earrings help to draw the look together.

5. And we saved the best for last. Bonang Matheba, one of the show’s hosts, looked incredible in this dress by Iconic Invanity. She even threw in a turban head warp to seal the deal. This was one of her 3 dresses for the night.
