A five-year old Afghan football fanatic Murtaza Ahmadi, whose picture donning a plastic bag which resembles Lionel Messi’s Argentinian football jersey has finally received the original and autographed Messi shirt.

The picture of the boy wearing the number 10 Messi shirt went viral on social media.

According to reports, the United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF), which facilitated the gift from the world’s best footballer gave Ahmadi two autographed shirts and a signed football.

The boy father Arif Ahmadi told CNN that receiving the gift was “one of the happiest moments” of the five-year-old’s life.

Dubbed “Messi’s biggest fan,” the boy who has dreams of becoming a famous footballer is seen beaming in pictures, wearing the autographed shirt.
